Buying WoW Forever gold: what this page covers

World of Warcraft: Forever is Blizzard's continuation of the original game's world and economy. Instead of a realm list it has one mega-server per region, and inside it a separate world for each play style. Gold in the PvE tab stays in the Normal world and never pays for a PvP or Roleplay character, because each style keeps its own economy. Mail and the trade window only connect characters of one faction, so the offer must be on your side.

The PvP ruleset adds one more rule: an account can create characters for only one faction there. Normal, Roleplay and Hardcore allow both sides, but the gold still has to reach the character who will spend it.

How WoW Forever gold delivery works

Delivery goes to a character name. The seller either sends the coin by in-game mail or hands it over in a trade window, within the delivery time printed on the offer. Mail is the easier route when you and the seller keep different hours, because the gold waits in your mailbox until you log in. Not in the sense of being allowed. Blizzard's End User License Agreement forbids trading in-game currency for real money, and Forever runs under the same agreement as every other version of World of Warcraft.
